Product Introduction of Low-profile Flow-thru Round Vibrating Separator:
The low-profile flow-thru round vibrating separator is also known as the flow-thru separator, flo-thru sifter, compact sieve, safety screeners, control sieves, low-profile vibrating sieve, low profile separator, inline vibrating screen etc. It is a powerful high-efficient machine that compacts high capacity scalping for both wet and dry materials.
The flo-thru vibro screen sifter is offered in stainless steel or carbon steel in diameters from 400mm up to 2100mm.
The low profile vibratory sieve can handle large capacity of the big size and small size grading operation, its discharge capacity increases than conventional circular sieving machine for more than ten times. It applies to not only just fine material preliminary classification processing or terminal subtraction once liquid-solid heterogeneous body of solid separation recovery, but also can be used for liquid waste screen recovery operation.
The flow-thru separator is intended for installation above or below storage vessels, bulk bag and drum unloaders, bag dump stations, blenders/mixers and other process equipment, and can be installed with minimum alteration to existing layouts.

Working Principle of Low-profile Flow-thru Round Vibrating Separator:
The low profile flow-thru design employs two unbalanced-weight gyratory motors mounted on opposing exterior sidewalls of the unit, instead of one motor positioned beneath the screening chamber, reducing minimum height requirements significantly.
And this design also aligns the top inlet above the bottom outlet, allowing on-size material to descend through the screen in a straight-through path at high rates. Oversize material is ejected through a spout at the periphery of the screen.
