Overview of Belt Conveyor Machine:
Belt conveyor is a kind of conveying equipment with large conveying volume, low running cost and wide range of use.
According to its support structure, there are two types: fixed type and mobile type.
According to the conveying material, there are tape, plastic belt and steel belt.
The working environment temperature of the conveyor is generally between -10℃ and +40℃, and the material temperature is required to not exceed 70%. Heat-resistant rubber belt can transport high temperature materials below 120 degrees celsius. When the material temperature is higher, it is not suitable to use a rubber belt conveyor. When conveying materials with acid, alkali, oil and organic solvents, people need to use oil, acid and alkali resistant rubber belt or plastic belt.
The belt conveyor has six specifications: 500, 650, 800, 1000, 1200 and 1400mm. The user can determine the layout of the conveyor, the width of the selected tape, the number of canvas layers and the thickness of the tape according to various factors such as the conveying height of the belt conveyor, the type of material, capacity, conveying volume, conveying length and so on.

Application of Belt Conveyor Machine:
General fixed belt conveyor is a kind of transportation equipment which is widely used in the chemical industry, coal, metallurgy, building materials, electric power, light industry, food, transportation and other departments.
It is suitable for conveying massive, powdery and other bulk materials with 0.5~2.5 t/m³ capacity. And it can also transfer integrated goods.
