High Efficiency Ring Chain Bucket Elevator For Limestone And Cement Clinker
Overview of Ring Chain Bucket Elevator:
TH, HL ring chain bucket elevator is suitable for vertical conveying larger abrasive powder, granular and small block materials, such as grain, coal, cement, crushed ore etc. The lifting height is up to 40m.
The TH type bucket elevator is a kind of ring chain elevator. This machine is equipped with two kinds of buckets.
1. Medium deep bucket (ZH): used for conveying wet viscous materials, such as sugar, wet sand and so on.
2. Deep bucket (SH): used for conveying dry, loose, easy to throw small pieces of material, such as cement, coal, gravel, etc.
If the lower part adopts gravity automatic tensioning device, it can keep constant tension and avoid slipping or off the chain. When the bucket is blocked, there is a certain tolerance, effectively protecting the moving parts.
Material temperature does not exceed 250℃.
TH type is made according to JB3926-85 vertical bucket elevator standard design, which should be considered firstly. In addition to the connection size, HL bucket elevator chain, sprocket and tensioner are the same with TH type.

2. The bucket use of TH-type bucket elevator
Zh —Medium deep bucket: conveying wet viscous material, such as sugar, wet sand etc.
Sh —Deep bucket: conveying heavy powder and small bulk materials, such as cement, sand, coal etc.
3. The bucket use of HL-type bucket elevator
Q —Shallow round bottom bucket: conveying materials in damp, easy to agglomerate, difficult to throw. e.g. wet sand, wet coal etc.
S —Deep round bottom bucket: conveying dry, loose materials , and materials easy to throw. e.g. cement, coal briquette, gravel, quartz etc.
